Remarks: Last year, we completed a trek of about 50 miles through the Golden Trout Wilderness of the South Sierras. While I have a few ideas about this year’s trek, I am hoping that some of our scouts will come forward with a suggestion or two of their own. A big part of organizing these treks is the planning that SHOULD be done by scouts. A huge benefit of these treks is lost to scouts if they don’t plan the outing!
